Edinburgh Business Operations

I offer operations and small business management support in Edinburgh, built on fifteen years running a company with around 25 staff, most of it managed completely remotely. That covers a wide range of ground, staff management, freelance and contractor relationships, the day to day running of a business, and the less visible operational work that keeps everything else moving. Running something remotely for that long also means I understand the particular challenges of managing people and work you cannot always see directly, which is a different skill from simply managing people in the same room.
