Edinburgh Volunteering

I am interested in ad hoc volunteering opportunities in Edinburgh. I have got a long history of volunteering in various areas over the years, and these days I tend to avoid long term commitments, which does limit things somewhat, but I am always interested in a one off or short term opportunity to do interesting work for free. That might be a single event, a short project, or something that just needs an extra pair of hands for a day or two, rather than a standing weekly commitment.

Given where I am at the moment, on an extended sabbatical and with time to give, this is genuinely something I would like to do more of. If you are running something in or around Edinburgh that could use some help on that kind of basis, get in touch and tell me what it is. I cannot promise to say yes to everything, but I will always reply, and I am genuinely interested in hearing about it.
